About the Pastor

Jimmy Van Loozen

Jimmy has a genuine love for Jesus that is evident in his preaching and love for people. He believes fellowship and family are very important to the life of the church

Jimmy served at his previous biker church for approximately 4 1⁄2 years. where he started as the lead of a set up team, moved on to many other tasks and teams and became one of the first three Elders of that Church. He then completely surrendered his life to the ministry in July of 2012, and began his education in a certificate in ministry program, through UMHB, he was licensed in December of 2013, and ordained in December of 2014. Most recently he served his previous church as Youth Pastor, during which time through continued growth and prayer he felt the calling to plant and pastor a biker church in Bell County.

Jimmy and his wife Susan, have been married for 28 years and have four awesome kids and Five grand babies and counting!

Jimmy served in the U.S. Air Force and spent nearly four years overseas. He has a deep connection to the veterans in the area. In fact when praying for a name of the church, Jimmy asked the question, what one thing do bikers, veterans and Christians hold very dear to their heart? FREEDOM!

Jimmy and Susan both enjoy getting out on the back roads and enjoying the scenery that God has provided for us. Whether it is running through the hills and wild flowers in the spring or just enjoying a slow ride by the lake on a hot summer day, they both truly enjoy the ride and the fellowship of those who they ride with.

In addition to their passion for motorcycles they have a genuine love for Jesus Christ and want to see others come to know and love Him the way they do. It’s ok to ride motorcycles and love Jesus, He loves bikers too.
